• Preparation of petition to recognize foreign judgment;
• Compilation of other relevant documents to support petition;
• Summons;
• Lawyer’s appearance in all hearings;
• Preparation of all other documents required during the course of the proceedings.

Total Payment Amount: One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (All-Inclusive)

Payment due dates:

1st downpayment (Seventy Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 70,000.00)):  representing 70% of the Professional Fee upon engagement of Borra Law;

Remaining Balance (Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 30,000.00): Upon release of favorable Regional Trial Court decision recognizing foreign divorce.
