Inclusions:

• Registration with the Department of Trade and Industry
• Barangay Clearance
• Mayor’s Business Permit
• Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue

Total Payment Amount: (PhP 15,000.00)

• Ten Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 10,000.00) Professional Fee; and
• Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 5,000.00) Deposit Fee to account for government fees, notarial fees, printing and photocopy fees, and other miscellaneous expenses, to be liquidated and: (a) refunded back to client if there is any excess; or (b) billed to client if insufficient.

Payment due dates:

1st downpayment (PhP 12,000.00) upon engagement of Borra Law

• Seventy percent of Professional Fee (PhP 7,000.00) as downpayment; and
• Full Deposit Fee (PhP 5,000.00).

Remaining balance (to be determined after liquidation of deposit fee) to be paid upon release of DTI Registration, Barangay Clearance, Mayor’s Business Permit, and BIR Registration
