Deposit Fee represents government fees, notarial fees, photocopying and printing expenses, and other out-of-pocket expenses related to the engagement. This is paid in full upon engagement of Borra Law. It is itemized and liquidated to client. The excess, if any, shall be returned to client at the end of the engagement. If insufficient, the amount shall be billed to client accordingly.
