• Drafting of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
• Preparation of Treasurer’s Affidavit
• Processing of Bank Certificate (if required)
• Drafting of Pre-Incorporation Agreement, Subscription Agreement for Shareholders
• Preparation of other documents required for foreign shareholders
• Barangay Clearance
• Mayor’s Business Permit
• Bureau of Internal Revenue Tax Identification Number Registration
• Social Security System Registration
• Philhealth Registration
• Pag-IBIG Fund Registration
• Virtual Office for 12 months (Business Address and Mail Handling) @ PhP 1,000.00/month

Total Payment Amount:

• Forty-Seven Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 47,000.00) Professional Fee; and
• Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 5,000.00) Deposit fee, to be liquidated and: (a) refunded if there is any excess; or (b) billed, if insufficient.

Payment due dates:

1st downpayment (PhP41,500.00): (a) Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PhP 24,500.00) representing 70% of the Professional Fee; (b) Twelve Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 12,000.00) representing full payment for the virtual office for one year; and (c) the Full Deposit Fee of Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 5,000.00);

Remaining balance: To be paid upon completion of project and determined after liquidation of deposit fee.
