What to include in your first message
The faster we can give you a useful answer, the better. A short paragraph covering the following helps:
- For Spanish immigration: Your citizenship, age, family situation, income source (pension, salary, self-employment, investments), and target Spanish city.
- For foreign divorce recognition: Where the divorce was granted, who initiated it, whether either spouse is a Filipino citizen, and the rough date.
- Always helpful: Any deadline you're working toward, and whether you've consulted other lawyers about this matter.
